What do you all think the back spacing is a little low in the front but I'm looking into a set of fiberglass front prerunner style fenders.

Me too. This one is just like mine but the single cab. I'd love to have one of each that matched.

Very clean look you have there.

The diamond plate details tie it all together without being overdone.

Nice. thumup.gif

Thanks fellas, it has came a long way since I first bought it https://www.facebook...mp;l=1ca6a4ed05. They are 15x8 Ion Alloy 171 with -27mm offset or about 3.5" of back spacing, I have a bit of trimming to do up front, but might sell the front fenders and flares opting for a set of 4" or 6" Off road fenders. Truck still only has 106k miles on it and I have replaced a lot of stuff on it so far.

The tires in the front hang out quiet a bit, I might try a 2 or 3 inch BL to help make it look a little more even.

Yes they are Falken Wild Peaks and I love them, I have had them in the slop, shale hills, steep ice covered hills off road and they have performed well for an All terrain, they are comfortable on the road and are very smooth and quiet. I have about 2000 miles on them now and wouldn't hesitate to buy them again, I see about 95% on road use and 5% off road.

My brother went with the Goodyear Wrangler Duratracks and they seem to do a little better off road and in the snow, but they are super soft, I don't see them lasting as long as mine.

fenders are available from four places and in four or more different styles. My waiting is to see how big of a raise/opening I want. I think I want the smallest which seems to be about 3".

They look great! But do they make them with LESS backspacing?

They look great! Did you have them polished or did they come that way?

They came polished like that! I am sure I will have my work cut out trying to keep them like that. I ordered them from Jegs

I'm on my 2nd set... I actually have gotten a lot more miles out of these all the BFG's I've had. The only thing I hate is how soft the damn sidewalls are.

I'm sorry, I should have said MORE back spacing. Also, do you think you will have to do much trimming?

Generally I don't like the lower valance removed but your truck looks really tight with it off. thumup.gif

I think it's that extra piece you added above the front skid that makes it look like it's meant to be.

Oh yea. Looks like you had a fun day.

Thank sir, I thought it would look better, the valance got pulled off, when I was wheeling one day, I liked the look with it off, but didn't care for how the oil filter was easily accessed by someone wanting to ruin your day or road debris. So I picked up that 11 gauge diamond plate, took time to measure it and cut it out and bent a 30 - 45 degree angle on it in my bench vise.

It was kinda hard to make look good, then drilled the frame and used 4 1/4 SS bolts on it. Lol I landed a trip to the ER because I was dumb and didn't use safety glassed when I was cutting the aluminum and got a piece embedded into my eye...

I also took off the corner bumper brackets which opened up the area in front of the tire.

Rear I don't have any rub but I have chopped a bit out of the inner fender the the front, about 3" off the inner wheel apron behind the front tire and about 2" off the front fender and tapered the fender flare at the bottom, I have a little rub wheeling but can turn full lock on the street with no issues.

I am thinking about replacing the rusty bilsteins with a Rough Country 2.5" Suspension Lift and maybe a 2 or 3" body lift.
