Looks like a good time. Glad to see everyone's rig is all dialed in now. Some cool video's for sure.
Mikey I'll donate a dollar to the horsepower fund, I feel your pain (minvan motor + 37's = fail, lol).

Minivan Motor!... At least the straight 6 had some low end torque. Thanks Mun.
Yea the lack of lowend is a little annoying on the street, definitely miss the down low grunt of the 4.3. That being said with the 5.13's the power in 4low is acceptable. Defintely looking forward ot an ls swap at some point as I bet you are asd well.
Hey Mikey, all kidding aside, if you want to squeeze a few more gerbils (they don't qualify for being horses in a 4.3) out, you would notice a real difference if you were to send your ECM out and get a premium tune put in it. Since you're not on the road, emissions are of no concern and they can do whatever they want. Tell them to turn it up as much as they can. The 2 more popular guys are wait for me performance and pcm for less. Blackbear is really popular too, but I don't know if he works on the 4.3 or not. I think a tune is only a couple hundred bucks. Even a Hypertech programmer makes a big difference, and those go used for $150 pretty often. Back in the days when I used to drag race all the time at the dunes, all the guys running different tunes were noticeably faster than the trucks without. Stock truck with tune > truck without tune and about every bolt-on you can buy. A truck with all the bolt-ons and a tune could usually run with the V8 fullsize trucks.
Tuners definitely help, had a hypertech in the blazer and have superchips in the heep. Defintely makes both motors lees of a turd. But like Chris was saying a mail order tune will probably yield the best results.
