As I ask everyone who has problems with noise after installing CV axles.
Was the replacement an OEM or aftermarket rebuilt or new aftermarket?

OEM is what the shop told me, i know it was 240 dollars but i got it for free since that wasnt the problem

edit: i dont know if this helps or not but....... it was 85 degrees yesterday and i barely heard or felt the thump at all. so to me that means that it is temperature related for some messed up internal part.

With truck jacked up, turn the suspected tire by hand, do it binds a bit in some spot or thumps or whatever?

The mechanic at the 3rd shop i went to did that and you can hear a slight thump behind where the wheel bearing would be.

well this noise is still going on only now it has started to whine, makes a high pitched oscillating noise. I took everything apart and nothing is broken, i dug down to the wheel bearing and it looks like it just came off of the assembly line.

CV Shaft is new
Upper Control arm is new.
Lower Control Arm looks fine, including the mounts
Doesnt get worse in 4wd
Ball joints are fine

Temperature changes makes a difference too, when its in the 60's it just thumps, when its in the 70's it whines and thumps, in the 80's it thumps slightly but whines loudly, in the 90's it whines really loud (sounds like moaning), over 100 degree's and you dont even hear it.

im stumped. I made a video, its in the 80's outside and you can hear it thumping, started whining after i made the video. At about 3 minutes into this video its very noticeable, before that you have to listen close.

It's hard to tell any thing from that video but I still have to guess what I said earlier, just because you have a new CV axle in there doesn't mean it's the right one and it almost sounds like you have bad tires, what kind of tires are you running.
Try running a set of BFG LongTrails or some other smooth tires and see if it goes away!

I am running a brand new set of Goodyear Wrangler Authority A/T's, i have gone as far as putting rims and tires (street tires) off of a 4 door blazer that my old roommate had and drove it around, and sure enough it still made it the noise. The cv shaft part number is a Napa Part number (NMD 959262 at $53.50 each) according to the sheet the shop gave me, the sheet also says "female end 26 splines, male end 27 splines, overall compressed length 23 3/8 inches"

I had a very similar noize last winter on the passenger front.

It was intermittent and only made the noize if I went over a jarring type bump (the roads are pretty bad here).

It turned out to be my lower ball joint was dried-out so we greased the sh*t out of it and it went away!

Damn gremlins - good luck...
