Turn-Key Buzzing Sound

It goes away after a few seconds and it kind of reminds me of a diesel warming its glow plugs up.
Im not sure if it's a heating option I have on my truck, Maybe a coolant heater. Not really sure but maybe you guys know.

The buzzing sound is your fuel pump, test it by removing the fuse under hood and see if you hear it when you turn the key to the on position. If you can still hear it, i have no idea what it could be.

edit: and it's a good idea to wait until it stops to start the truck

I just replaced a pump in a 94 Camaro. Bought it at OReilly Auto Parts. It was an Airtec brand. It was faulty. Now I have to replace it again. I was talking to a local shop owner who says get the Delphi pump. Its more money, but better in the long run.
