X2 looks good out on the trails.

Alaska has some cool trails, but some awesome scenery. tons of crazy pics of that state on Pirate.

used is fine, but it better be in darn good shape!!! and they need to stand behind the used one making sure they get you one that's perfectly round and no dents

the original ujoints typically have some sort of graphite injection that has to be melted out (almost like little pins holding them in)

or have DW make one for ya and they can pay for it (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

I think I still have the shafts, but the hubs are gone. I'll check for ya and if I still have them, the deal still stands (IMG:style_emoticons/default/thumup.gif)

Say DW sells his rig, Do you think it will ever show back up on this site or anywhere else that is was before? No, cause they wouldn't get good credit from the others since the person who bought the truck wasn't the one who built it.

It isn't much fun buying a already capable rig, since you dont go into the tear down and re-build phase.

not true, or atleast I would hope not. if I ever sold mine (which would probably NEVER happen) I would hope the new owner was proud of the purchase and want show off their newly bought toy.

for some (actually like myself nowadays), they just don't have the extra time to do an extensive project and get it done in a timely fashion so they can enjoy it.

I have a short simple list for mine. it's wheelable as is, but need to upgrade a couple things (cooling system for radiator and trans)

focusing on the trailer right now so it's hopefully done for the trip (which it should be)

Jeffro, I'm surprised you didn't put the AirDog inside the frame rails of your tow rig.....

might not have room. mine was on the inside as well, but had to move it once the larger tank went in.

thanks! I was gonna say something, but now I don't have to (IMG:style_emoticons/default/jester.gif)

looks good Jeff, hope the rest goes smooth for ya. I was pretty happy with my KM2s as well, but HAD to sipe them for winter or they were downright nasty.

probably still have them if I had not let the alignment ruin them (they wore out seriously fast with the alignment being off)

FWIW, my TH350 was a little on the high side, but well worth it. this guy builds them for 500+hp cars all day so I'm not worried about mine in the least (and he will fix it if anything goes wrong with very few exceptions). mine is built about as good as it gets without doing billet shafts and whatnot. I trust him (referred to by a friend) and he knows his stuff with transmissions.
