Pop your hood while it's on, make sure the compressor clutch is kickin in. Mine would bog down when I turned it on, but the compressor wasn't kickin on. The past couple weeks I have to get out, smack the clutch with somethin for it to kick in. At idle it won't cool either, I have to goose it to get it to kick back on |

I used to put all the expensive stuff on weekly payments from the snap-on/matco trucks at my old job... then I got smart and only bought the expensive stuff that I used a LOT. I've got the same husky stuff there as Jigg, used the hell out of it for a long time, it's been great. I gotta say the BEST angle grinder I have ever used is my $12 Harbor Freight special!! The expensive ones other guys had in the shop I worked at were good I thought.. Til one guy's kept binding up trying to cut a bedliner... Mine buzzes through that stuff no problem. Only bad thing about it is I had to wrap the handle in tape, gets so cold it HURTS your hand! |

Ugh sorry I been such a stranger around these parts. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) Here are a couple pics... I don't have the rubber gasgets around them yet... I'll see if I can finish them this weekend, and post the write-up for em.. I got tons of pics of the process. Ignore the stupid looking airhorn sticking out from under the front bumper... (Yes, I added MORE (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lol.gif) ) I gotta find a place to mount it. |

Eh, it wasn't the tranny that was the problem. It was a fuel problem. Damn it felt like slipping though, 3 other people thought the same thing, even the trans shop. I'm a dummy. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) But I'm happy it was a cheap fix What was the fuel problem? Mine is doing the same thing from the sound of it. Fuel filter. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lol.gif) And I ran some injector cleaner through it. Runnin like crap again... It's time for a good tune up. I think my 4.3 is getting tired, too... Kinda sucks... but at the same time, I'm kinda excited. When it kicks the bucket, ain't no stinkin little 4.3 going back in. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) |

There are 2 connectors on the back of the headlights switch... One is a wide flat one that is for your headlights/domelights/dimmer, and the one in the picture you're talking about is for your fogs. If you don't have any foglights, that plug goes to a "dummy" plug on the back of your headlight switch The one you have pictured shouldn't really effect your domelight. IIRC, the domelight goes OFF whenever you unplug the headlights switch connections. |

When I worked at an accessory shop, probably one of the best selling was the Truxedo. They're pretty sweet. The Truxedo "Deuce" is my favorite. It flips up and gives you access to the front of the bed easily. They're pricey, though. (IMG:http://www.pickupspecialties.com/Truxedo/truxedo_deuce.jpg) |

88 F350....................... didn't really have the balls I see a connection (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lol.gif) Yep. It would pull on bottom end... Above 55, screw that (IMG:style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) It was a neat truck though. It was a Centurion conversion... At that time you couldn't get a 350 crew cab dually in 4x4. Although that truck was a gas hog pig... I still loved it. lol |

Yeah, I had one on my 88 F350 4x4. It wasn't worth the money, IMO, at least not on that truck. It was a gas 460, at 80ish it was SCREAMING. I put that on there, and with my camper on it, it didn't really have the balls to stay in 2nd on the vender. I think it just depends on what ya put it on. I'd definately love to see pics. Depending on if I get paid for this current project I'm on before someone else snags em from ya, I'd love to have a set. |

on the list provided here on this page http://superbrightbulbs.com/3157_3156.htm which ones did you get? the ones you have pictured look like the ones for $5.99 about 3/4 the way down the page but i want to make sure before i order them. Hmm dang, I can't seem to find the ones that I ordered on there now! Only prob is, I had to "modify" them a little to make them fit by trimming the wedge on the bottom of the bulb to make them fit, since 3157's aren't the correct bulbs for the reverse lights (dunno where I read they were.. never been a fan of leather.... too cold in the winter and too hot in the summer, seems theres never a happy medium. not to mention my copilot is a 100 pit/boxer mix who would tear the shit outta the leather. No way I'd take anything BUT leather for the Magster! Her and her sister are hell on my dad's cloth seats! I love my leather seats for the simple fact they are WAAY easier to keep clean! Maggie rides with me all the time, so far, no rips or scratches (IMG:http://i27.photobucket.com/albums/c166/blackhighrider/Maggie/Picture017.jpg) |
