In the Pm I stated that I would be willing to assist with locating a centerlink. Only one prototype exists of the idler arm. This project was never abandoned but has been slowed down with the search for a local machine shop and insurance. When I was asked for bushing size I was more then willing to give the specs as I have still been delayed in finding a machine shop and insurance and there is no reason to leave Kristian with a down vehicle due to the arm bushing being worn out. Im not sure how giving the specs for the bushings/ him buying 4 bushings meant I was changing ownership for an invention that has taken me hundreds of hours and a couple hundred of dollars in materials for design and redesign to get a working prototype. Im actually very surprised that this has been the direction that it has turned. You would think that for someone that has invested alot of time and money into designing something to help the S10 community I would get a better response. And not to mention that selling a vehicle with the prototype idler arm is a major liability. |

Well it looks like Kristian is selling the blazer so hopefully I will be getting the prototype idler arm back soon so that I can take it apart and improve where ever I can. I just spoke with a machine shop in my area and they would be interested in reviewing my prototype for a small run of them. |

So im curious how this all works, the more I look into insurance the harder it seems to get any. For example how are the guys that are doing SAS protecting themselves from liability? Or pretty much any custom shop that builds custom parts for a vehicle? Do they get insurance for a "repair garage" and under that make parts and accessories or do they insure specific products? If anyone can help with info I would greatly appreciate it as I can get the ball rolling with this product. |

IFS/ IRS full long travel with portal hubs and about 20" of wheel travel at each wheel. One ton dana 60 center sections. Either uniball joints and heim joints for all pivots or custom balljoints. Front and rear locking diffs. Electronic swaybar disconnects. Full boxed upper and lower arms. Coilovers and triple bypass shocks. Power Rack and pinion steering. For a body I really like my H3 body to use. For an engine I would like to use the ZR1's 6.2L supercharged motor. I have seen this suspension setup on a H1 that was fully set up for baja. haha I could give specific brands and parts for almost the entire vehicle |

ATV, could i get you to send me out a fresh grade 8 bolt and a new set of bushings? Getting ready to tear into the prototype for the rebuild. Unfortunately I have put a hold on this project until I can get support from an insurance company. I will try and get you the links to some online vendors that have the parts for low cost. |

possible dibs. whats been rebuilt/ reinforced? The pivot of the arm where the bushings are pressed into you can see it in the picture. I was very very hard on my two zr2s and I was able to squeeze the two sheet metal tabs where the bushing is pressed together which allowed movement in the bushing. I bought these arms as spares and reinforced these weak points on the arms, pressed in the energy suspension poly bushings and stripped then repainted them. You can read about this being done over on the S10crewcab website as someone else ran into this issue. I would have used them had I not bent the frame of my blazer after a very hard landing. |

Sorry for the delay, I still havent found an insurance company to cover my company for this product. This is alot harder than even designing the idler arm. |
